Files smaller than 5MB can be loaded on to the update portal directly. Files larger than that will load here one at a time and might take a few minutes or longer depending on traffic and your connection speed.

For large video files (larger than 20Mb) it may be necessary to burn them onto a DVD and mail them directly to:
